If your order arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, simply contact us to inform us you would like to return your order.

Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. All orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday morning. The delivery time varies from 3 – 5days depending on your location. We ship our products worldwide using DHL.

Steps to receiving your refund

All products returned should be in original condition. The FabRap product envelope that you have received along with the product is also part of the product and should be returned with the FabRap itself. Please kindly return the FabRap including the envelope when returning the product to us.

A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via the eTHikel platform.
