Wash with similar colours maximum wash at 40 degrees

For dark colours avoid contact with light colours when damp
We’ve created our fabric to have the lowest environmental impact. To help maintain that in the whole product lifecycle, we recommend to wash at 30 degrees on an eco wash setting to reduce the environmental impact on every cycle.

Damages and issues
If your order is damaged on arrival, please ‘Contact Us’ us straight away with a picture and your order number. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, our underwear due to the nature of an intimate item, is non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
