Returns:

We hope you will love your new shoes but we understand sometimes things don’t work out.

Return your unworn shoes within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt via your original payment method.

We will accept returns on all unworn shoes in the same condition as you received them. We appreciate you need to try on your new shoes but please do this on a carpeted floor as we will not be able to accept returns on any shoe that has a damaged sole or has been worn outside. Please also return the shoebox in the same original condition for a full refund, any defacing or extensive damage to the box will result in a partial refund to cover the cost of a new box.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns but this is something we aim to offer in the future.

How to return:

Please wrap your shoebox in the original packaging or a protective equivalent, fill out the packing form and post it back to us via any quality, tracked delivery service of your choice (we cannot accept liability for any items lost in the post). Please post to;

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), including any additional taxes or customs charged on shipments returning from outside of the UK. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The amount refunded will be the total of the shoes purchased.
