When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
– Your order will be delivered within 5 working days (from point of shipping confirmation)*
– Your delivery will be made between Monday and Saturday.
– You will receive an email stating your tracking number.
– If you are out, Joana Fulana’s trusty courier will leave a note to say that your parcel is with a neighbour, or with details on how to arrange a redelivery.
*Joana Fulana takes pride in being punctual but throughout December, during Black Friday and mid-sale, you may have to wait a little longer for your order.
Returns

However, please be aware that we can only accept your goods if they are returned in accordance with this policy.
The goods must be returned unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with this Conditions of Return, Joana Fulana will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please make sure you return the goods in accordance with this Conditions of Return, we will not be able accept items that are returned in an unsuitable condition.
In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.
