We do understand that sometimes you end up changing your mind. We hope we can make the return process as simple as possibly. We will offer a refund on any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of the package being delivered, UK deliveries, and 30 days for international deliveries. Importantly, we must inform you that sadly we can’t offer refunds on briefs because of hygiene reasons.

All refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item(s).

To ensure that this little misstep won’t cost you any extra we will include the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item as well as the postage you paid when returning the item to us, along with your refund. We hope that when your new/correct item arrives, the wait will no longer seem like an inconvenience.

If you are returning goods please take them to your local post office and send them recorded delivery to the above address (this is to ensure that it doesn’t get lost, since we are unable to refund goods which are lost in the post). If the goods returned are faulty we will of course refund the postage incurred in returning these items to us!
