FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

VAT: Prices include Swedish VAT at 25 % on all sales within Sweden and the EU. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Packaging: All Syvênde Swimwear comes with a beautiful reusable toiletry bag. Please bring it with you on your next trip! Delivered with a custom made recycled cardboard box made in the EU.

Shipping time: Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Tracking: After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. If you have not received an email, please contact us via our Brand Page on eTHikel. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address reported in the order is correct.

Delivery: If the delivery service is unable to deliver your package, it will be delivered directly to your nearest local access point.

Transport damage: If the package (or the contents) is damaged when you receive it, report this immediately via your eTHikel customer account.

Non picked up goods: If we receive packages that have not been collected by the customer, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment back to us. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order.

Returns Policy

30 DAYS EASY EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your Syvênde Swimwear! We have a 30 days satisfaction guaranteed policy on all our swimwear (except discounted pieces on sale which are final), so you can safely return the goods within 30 days of purchase (EU COUNTRIES ONLY, NO RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU).

• The swimwear must be in its original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
• The swimwear must not have been worn, washed, have dirty marks, makeup or fake tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder or been altered in any way.
• Please wear underwear when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.

We try and process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, normally it takes 10 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your request. All returned goods and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We recommend that you use a shipment tracking service.
