Available as a complete reed diffuser set, which also includes a decorative hand-blown borosilicate glass tube and plantable protective box, or as a refill bottle.

Ingredients: A blend of pure essential oils and a vegan and eco-friendly soy diffuser base.

Expertly hand-crafted in England, Elm Rd. artisan reed diffusers have been carefully formulated and hand-poured in clear recyclable glass bottles and sealed with an aluminium gold screw cap. Each diffuser contains a unique 100ml blend of pure essential oils and a vegan and eco-friendly diffuser base. Our diffusers are alcohol-free. Your diffuser should last between 4 and 6 months depending on the room temperature and season.

Directions

Simply uncap, pour the diffuser liquid in the decorative glass tube and insert the reeds. Allow the reeds to soak up the oil blend for at least 24 hours. Flip the reed sticks and insert the dry ends back into the glass tube. The oils with evaporate into the air, releasing a subtle and constant botanical aroma.

United Kingdom Deliveries

All domestic orders are delivered via Royal Mail. We have chose this carrier due to the quality of their service and reliability.

We endeavour to pack all orders and dispatch them within one or two working days. Please allow up to four working days for these to be dispatched.

Our orders are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class or Signed For services, depending on your selection at checkout. A tracking number will be provided for tracked services.

Delivery charges are:

We can ship our products worldwide. The charge for this service is:

£5 for non-tracked* service (FREE over £60)

Returns

We want you to love your ELM RD. purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues you may have. If, upon receiving your parcel, there is anything you are unhappy with please contact us within fourteen (14) days from delivery at including your order number and the reason why you don’t love it.

On receipt of your email, we will get it touch to discuss what happens next.

Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of the delivery of the return. We also don’t accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.

Refunds will be processed once the parcel has reached us in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, not in its original packaging in a resalable condition, will not be refunded (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
