Our double wick scented candles are hand-poured into hand-blown borosilicate glass, designed inspired by the shapes of laboratory equipment and with reusability in mind. Borosilicate glass is non-toxic, durable and incredibly heat-resistant. Each scented candle can be covered with its glass lid when not in use to preserve its aroma. Our scented aromatherapy candles are designed to enhance your awareness of being present, and so to increase your sense of mindfulness and well-being.

Directions

To use, simply remove the lid, and light carefully. When done, smother the candle so that no smoke is left to trail in the air, letting the candle’s aroma linger. Burn for a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four to ensure that the wax burns down evenly, ready for next time. Before relighting, trim the cotton wick to a quarter of an inch (about 5 mm) to keep your scented candle in good burning shape and prevent any black smoke or soot. Only trim the wick when it is at room temperature.

United Kingdom Deliveries

All domestic orders are delivered via Royal Mail. We have chose this carrier due to the quality of their service and reliability.

We endeavour to pack all orders and dispatch them within one or two working days. Please allow up to four working days for these to be dispatched.

Our orders are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class or Signed For services, depending on your selection at checkout. A tracking number will be provided for tracked services.

Delivery charges are:

Returns

We want you to love your ELM RD. purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues you may have. If, upon receiving your parcel, there is anything you are unhappy with please contact us within fourteen (14) days from delivery at including your order number and the reason why you don’t love it.

On receipt of your email, we will get it touch to discuss what happens next.

Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of the delivery of the return. We also don’t accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.

Refunds will be processed once the parcel has reached us in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, not in its original packaging in a resalable condition, will not be refunded (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
