Aloes Vera – has well-documented anti-inflammatory properties and contains vitamins A, B12, C, and E, minerals like calcium, chromium, copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, sodium, and zinc.
Green Tea – helps the skin to retain moisture, calm irritation, soothe redness and swelling, and evens out discolouration.
Zinc – it’s a key mineral required by the body for the production of collagen. It also acts as an astringent and anti-inflammatory. For many years it has been linked with the treatment of burns and the reduction of scar tissue, healing the skin, and acne prevention.
Coconut oil – has a calming effect and can help reduce temporary redness and alleviate any discomfort associated with sore skin, providing soothing relief.
